Peak Combat - Packs

Peak Combat is a class that uses training methods to increase strength, speed, power, endurance and total body conditioning, with the aim to prepare the participants for the physical demands of competitive sports.

The class includes dynamic warmups, mobility and then we get into the class focus of the day which varies from more strength work to cardio/ endurance training and lastly, a cool down and stretch.

*Be aware of the schedule, which can be found on Glofox and the website, as classes have a priority when it comes to the facility.
