Think of this program as a primer for your time on the mat. This is a perfect program for someone who is starting their BJJ journey or someone who wants to continue to improve their general movement capacity for BJJ.

This is a 4 week program with each exercise explained through both video and text formatted into an easy to follow structure. The exercises in this program are designed specifically to improve your movement, strength and conditioning for BJJ so you can move better on the mat and keep yourself resistant to injury.

This program is designed for Temple’s gym equipment in mind. You will find everything you need inside their weight lifting room.
